EVENT ASSIGNMENT RATES
1 hour - $300
2 hours - $500
3 hours - $700
4 hours - Half Day - $800
5 hours - $1000
6 hours - $1200
7 hrs - $1400
8 hrs - Full Day - $1600
Proofing Options:
Online Gallery of your event images: $100
50-100 of your event images hosted online for at least 3 months
Basic Image Prepress:
2 - 4 included with shoot fee
Each additional image $25
Delivery Options:
Create and Burn one CD or DVD with all images $50.
Electronically transmit 1 to 6 images $100.
Plus All Expenses: Parking, Mileage ($1 a mile), and etc.
The client will receive high-resolution digital files on a CD or DVD for digital use and full permission to use images, store images, print images and enlarge images as they wish. This can save the client hundreds of dollars in print fees.
All photographic reproduction rights remain with the photographer Chester Simpson Photography.
Unlimited Promotion, Publicity and web publishing rights are granted for the Client. Credit all photos © Chester Simpson.
Rights for images used for Advertising or any other purpose will be negotiated.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event of a postponement or cancellation the following postponement or cancellation fees will apply:
24 hours or less:
Postponement 100%, Cancellation 100%
48 hours or less:
Postponement 50%, Cancellation 100%
For all new Clients, a Fee of $300 is collected at the time of photo shoot.
Balance to be paid upon receipt of Photo CD / DVD.
Above fees are negotible depending on your event.
